DOZCO has JV with Italtractor ITM SpA, Italy. JV company ITM DOZCO (INDIA) PVT. LTD. is a leading manufacturer of the undercarriage. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is laid out with in-house designing, fabrication, control mechanisms and a modern manufacturing facility consisting of production lines with CNCs and VMCs, and the latest heat treatment complete with induction and pit furnaces. The manufacturing plant is ISO-certified. DOZCO Undercarriage track is a Make In India product. We design and manufacture a complete range of track chains, ensuring high performance in response to market needs.

Track Link Assembly

DOZCO manufactures Track link assembly from 135mm to 280 mm pitch with options in dry, sealed & lubricated. We supply track chains for all type of crawler machine. Our chains are developed by our R&D department having significant expertise in all kind of applications. Special heat treatments on all components (links,bushings and pins) guarantee maximum performance and longer wear life.

Sprockets And Segments

DOZCO offers a wide choice of sprockets for all type of crawler machine. Special steel combined with optimal heat treatments result in effective hardened depth that ensures excellent wear resistance,longer life and the best mechanical characteristics.

Track Guards

Track guards protect the track rollers of the excavator by guarding them from debris, rocks, and other foreign materials. The use of track guards will extend the life of the undercarriage. Reduces wear on your track by preventing mud and debris accumulation.  They keep the excavator track aligned while travelling or working on slopes.

Track Shoes

To cater the market demands, DOZCO supplies in different configurations, for any customized application, from standard to extreme service shoes. DOZCO range includes shoes obtained with single, double and triple grousers made from hot rolled profiles, as well as cast and forged shoes. High fatigue resistance is guaranteed by cast steel, quenched and tempered steel, and unique stress-relieving processes. Superior wear resistance is ensured by special induction hardening. Milling of the contact surfaces with the chain ensures a high-precision shoe assembly and improves the component wear life.

Idlers

DOZCO supplies a wide range of idlers suitable for earthmoving and special application machines ranging from 1 ton to 250 tons. Wide range of recoil spring type adjusters & tensioning systems. Idlers are available in cast and fabricated versions. Idlers undergo special machining aimed to ensure a perfect dynamic operation of the components on the vechile. Heat treatments are specifically chosen to match each application, providing excellent mechanical characteristics and guarantee high wear resistance.
