DOZCO Training Program
At our company, we place a high priority on ensuring that our service team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge. To achieve this, we conduct regular training programs at our cutting-edge, well-equipped training centers in Vishakhapatnam and Dhanbad.
In addition to these training centers, we conduct on-site training at major locations in PAN India. This approach allows us to provide hands-on training and support, ensuring that our team is fully equipped to handle a wide range of challenges and situations.

Technical Training Programs
Basic Level Training
Basic Level Training
Basic trainings, appropriate to technology, equipment, and system are conducted in the company’s technical training centres, where the facility exists. Suitable input is given to all the new entrants to the required skilled areas.
Intermediate Training
Intermediate Training
For people who have completed the foundational course or are already employed in a particular skill area, intermediate-level training is offered every three years, either on the job site or in the company’s training facility.
Advance Level Training
Advance Level Training
In case of change in technology in equipment configuration, suitable input is given to the critical skilled areas and related manpower have to go through Specialized courses. Immediate actions are taken to conduct advance training courses for those who are occupying skilled position.
Management Training
Management Training
Executives at the time of assuming the charge at the new position i.e. entry to the higher level, a need based training is imparted at the Management Training Centre.
