Throughout this journey, I have experienced supportive leadership and a strong commitment to excellence, making it an exceptional place to build a long-term career. When I first joined DOZCO in 1995, I stepped in with aspirations to learn and grow. Over the years, DOZCO has provided me with countless opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. The values I learned here — discipline, commitment, integrity, and perseverance. These principles not only guiding my professional responsibilities but also positively influencing my day to day personal life. More than a workplace, DOZCO has felt like a family. The teamwork, mutual respect, and shared achievements have created lasting memories and meaningful experiences. I wish DOZCO ongoing growth and continued excellence.
