Idlers

DOZCO supplies a wide range of idlers suitable for earthmoving and special application machines ranging from 1 ton to 250 tons. A wide range of recoil spring–type adjusters and tensioning systems is available. Idlers are available in cast and fabricated versions. Idlers undergo special machining aimed at ensuring perfect dynamic operation of the components on the vehicle. Heat treatments are specifically chosen to match each application, providing excellent mechanical characteristics and guaranteeing high wear resistance.
